Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
When our minds are scattered, our energy is scattered. And, when our energy is firing off in multiple directions, it’s likely that our nervous system is in overdrive.
Overtime, the physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual implications of chronic busyness can manifest as us feeling ungrounded and like strangers among ourselves. We may look outside of ourselves in order to access calmness and equanimity, only to find temporary solutions.
You are invited to join Jacqueline Weisberg, MS, RYT, for a meditation workshop in which we will explore meditative practices for harnessing the mind and replenishing the nervous system.
Topics such as mindfulness, the science of breath, and it’s link to nervous system regulation will be covered to support our practice of yoga, formal meditation and breathwork.
This class is designed for beginners, though all levels are invited to attend. All you need to bring is your breath, willingness, and curiosity.
Workshop cost is $45.
Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement. You may want to bring a journal and a light snack.
