Lil Lack

Owner and Principle Instructor

Lil Lack blends her unique expertise in yoga with therapeutic benefits and massage to assess and serve each client with specific health enhancing direction and guidance. She offers small yoga classes to provide high quality instruction that assures maximum individual guidance and benefits from yoga. Some clients prefer to start with private sessions for individual assessment and program planning, and then choose to join a group class. 

Lil grew up in Sweden with a keen interest in outdoor sports and horses. She came to the United States in 1986 to work with equestrian trainers and spent 15 years as an equestrian instructor and stable manager. She began to explore yoga and Pilates as an integral part of equestrian training. Her interest and education in these areas expanded to include massage. Over time, Lil decided she wanted to share this knowledge beyond the equestrian world, and in 2004 she founded her own yoga and massage practice. 


Yoga with Therapeutic Benefits


Lil began practicing yoga in 1992 and started teaching in 1998. She studied Hatha Yoga at the Himalayan Institute and is a Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher ERYT 200 and Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher ERYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Lil completed the Pranakriya Yoga Therapy Certification Programs designed for yoga teachers who specialize in yoga's therapeutic aspects to provide a core understanding of Yogic healing techniques in the context of modern medical and psychological therapies. 



Lil studied classical Pilates and is a Certified Pilates Instructor. She integrates some Pilates instruction into her yoga classes to enhance strength.

Lil studied Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance with renowned gongmaster Don Conreaux at the Integral Yoga Institute, and Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowl sound and harmonic energy with therapeutic benefits with Kathlenn Baker, a gifted Harmonic/Sound Therapist and founder of Sound Lapis Studio Therapist Serenity Through Sound in Harrisburg. PA.



Lil is a graduate of the National School of Massage in Wilmington, Delaware, and is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and licensed by the state of Maryland. She is also certified in Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 in the Usui System of Reiki. Massage services include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Massage Release Technique, Thai-Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki.


Lil continues her studies with an emphasis in yoga, sound, and massage with therapeutic benefits.
