Lil has studied Hatha yoga, and mat Pilates. Her instruction incorporates the best elements of each discipline to create a practice that tones muscle and increases flexibility, strength and vitality. Each session ends with soothing relaxation that allows the body to appreciate the experience and the mind to be calm and refreshed.

Lil offers both small group and private instruction.
