Yoga & Pilates
Lil teaches Hatha yoga and mat Pilates. Yoga enhances vitality and a sense of well-being: practitioners gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. Pilates develops core strength and coordination, the use of breath, and correct alignment: practitioners enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning.
Lil’s classes incorporate the best elements of both yoga and Pilates to create a practice that tones muscle and increases flexibility, strength and vitality. Each session ends with soothing relaxation that allows the body to appreciate the experience and the mind to be calm and refreshed.
Both small group classes and private instruction are offered.
