Buddhist monks in Thailand developed Thai-Yoga Massage more than 2,500 years ago. This form of massage combines stretching and gentle pressure to free the body’s energy flow. Some call it a passive form of yoga because the therapist moves the body to stretch the muscles. Thai-Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor. It creates greater relaxation, revitalization, increases flexibility, and relieves muscle and joint pain.
