Emotions have both a positive and a negative side but often through our life experiences we have come to know the negative.
One of our most common defenses is to ignore or repress our negative emotions because they can be painful. Modern science confirms what most of us know: long held negative emotions can make you ill.
However, just as negative emotions and attitudes can create disease and dis-harmony, positive emotions and uplifting thoughts are able to create good health.
But do you have the tools to make this happen on our own?
In this workshop we’ll identify some of the emotional patterns you might be holding on to and learn some practical and effective tools to start the clearing and release process.
Releasing old patterns creates a new space for bringing in positive emotions and healing physically and emotionally.

About the Instructor: Christine Kurz
Christine has been a holistic wellness practitioner for over 15 years. It was through a personal health challenge, as well as other family members, that she was drawn to wellness and the power of re-balancing the body to activate self-healing. She has been certified in many complementary disciplines that help change old patterns, re-balance energy and develop stress-resilience.
She passionately believes that we all have a magnificent self-healing body that can and does help us to heal if it is brought back to a state of homeostasis or balance.
