Lil Lack’s journey began in Falun, Sweden, where she grew up loving
outdoor sports and horses. In 1986, she came to the U.S. to work with
top equestrian trainers and spent 15 years at the Sport Horse
Equestrian Center, Hilltop Farm, in Colora, MD, as an instructor and
stable manager.
She
began to explore how yoga and pilates can be an integral part of
equestrian training, and in 1998 she trained at the Himalayan Institute
to become a Certified Yoga Instructor. Today, she is registered with
the Yoga Alliance as an experienced yoga instructor (200E-RYT). Lil also became a Certified Pilates Instructor. In
2003 she trained to become a licensed massage practioner.
Over
time, Lil found that she wanted to share her training outside the
equestrian world, and in 2004, she founded her own yoga and massage
therapy practice.
Lil believes that by offering small classes,
she can give high quality instruction that assures maximum benefits
from yoga and Pilates. Many of her yoga clients complement their
practice with regular massage.
